St. Mary's drops Cass Tech

ORCHARD LAKE--Senior tailback Dominique White scored four touchdowns Saturday to help Orchard Lake St. Mary's open its football season with a 28-6 victory over Detroit Cass Tech.

White scored once in each quarter. He opened the scoring with a 27-yard TD run. In the second quarter he caught a short pass from quarterback Robert Bolden and dashed 40 yards to make it 14-0. White scored second half touchdowns on runs of one and 15 yards.

Defensively, the Eaglets had three quarterback sacks plus an interception by linebacker Donald Coleman.

The Eaglets travel to Toledo to play Toledo St. Francis de Sales in two weeks.
