St. Mary's beats Sylvania (OH) Northview

There is no love for St. Mary's Jon Falvo as he is punched by Mychal Monteith while trying to screen the Sylvania Northview goalie.

ORCHARD LAKE--Clinton Bourbonais netted a pair of goals, and Bill Balent, Jon Falvo and Mac Watts each had two assists as the Eaglets defeated Sylvania (OH) Northview, 4-1, on Wednesday night.

Dan Stanisz and Tony Aukskalnis each had a goal for St. Mary's.

Junior goalie Devon Carr stopped 9 of 10 shots for the Eaglets (6-5-2).  Junior goalie Craig Trego had 29 saves for the Wildcats (17-5).

The Eaglets host the Detroit Jesuit Cubs on Saturday night.  The puck drops at 8:00 pm.
