Uhrin nets game-winner for OLSM

PITTSBURGH, PA--Matt Uhrin scored what he thought was just an insurance goal in the third period that put St. Mary's up 2-0, but it wound up being the game winning goal after Shady Side scored to pull within one, 2-1.

The 2-1 victory over the Pennsylvania team improved St. Mary's record to 5-3.

Billy Balent scored in the first period to put St. Mary's up 1-0, and Chris Sullivan got the win in net racking up 28 saves for the Eaglets.

The Eaglets play in the Traverse City Invitational starting Thursday, December 27.
