Joshua Schaffer selected to Catholic League Hall of Fame

Orchard Lake St. Mary's hockey alumnus Joshua Schaffer (P'03) was one of nine athletes inducted into the Catholic League Hall of Fame, Class of 2008, upon the conclusion of their college or professional careers.

Josh was a four-year letterman in ice hockey while at St. Mary's, and was the team's second leading scorer as a senior in 2002-03. He went on to play at the U.S. Air Force Academy, Colorado Springs, Colorado.

As a four-year letterman at forward for the Air Force Falcons, Josh played in 132 games, with 22 goals and 35 assists. He is 76th among the top 100 scorers in Falcon history. In 2005-06, Josh led the Falcons in power play goals (6) and game-winning goals (2).
