MUSKEGON -- Orchard Lake St. Mary's junior goalie Joe Janiga did not allow a goal as the Eaglets shut out Portage, 7-0, in boys hockey action on Saturday.
The shutout was the first recorded in regular season play by the Eaglets this season.
Cody Loyer scored three goals and Cody King provided three assists to lead the Eaglets (11-5-1) in the shutout.
Zak Thompson, CJ Reuschlein, Ian Brambs and Luke Guminik scored goals for St. Mary's.
St. Mary's visits Birmingham Brother Rice on Tuesday.
