Shamrocks beat Eaglets

NOVI--Catholic Central lacrosse beat Orchard Lake St. Mary's 16-9.

Against St. Mary's, Jeff Wood led with four goals. Jack Dumsa, Brad Higgins and Matt Aubrey notched two goals each. Other goals came from Mitch Burgin, Kevin Bush, Brad Janer, Jeff Janer and Chris Nemes.

Wood also led with three assists, and Nemes had a pair of helpers. Nemes led with three ground balls.

Kevin Lerg stopped 15 shots against St. Mary's to get the win.
