Eaglets beat Norsemen
ORCHARD LAKE--Orchard Lake St. Mary's earned its 12th victory of the season with a 14-10 win over Grosse Pointe North in boys lacrosse action on Tuesday.
The score was tied at the end of the first period, 4-4, but St. Mary's exploded for five goals in the second period to lead at halftime, 9-6. The Eaglets and the Norsemen played even in the third and fourth quarters.
Ian Brambs had three goals and four assists and Taylor Docking had four goals and two assists for St. Mary’s (12-4). Drake Chwalibog had two goals and two assists and Scott Koenigsknecht had two goals and four assist for the Eaglets.
Brandon Davenport had three goals and two assists for North (10-2).
The Eaglets visit Flint Powers Catholic on Saturday.
