St. Mary's beats Ann Arbor Gabriel Richard in season opener

ANN ARBOR --Orchard Lake St. Mary's beat Ann Arbor Gabriel Richard, 8-7, in boys non-league lacrosse on Saturday.

Chris Koski scored the winning goal for the Eaglets (1-0).

Senior Doug Boyd had a goal and an assist before leaving the game with an injury in the first period.

St. Mary's visits Ann Arbor Huron on Monday.
