Brian Klanow--St. Mary's Athletic Complex Director, Varsity Hockey Head Coach
Brian has been Varsity Hockey Coach for 11 years, and has a record of 177-75-26, with 2 League Titles, 6 Regional Titles, and 3 State Championships (2005, 2007, 2008). He is also Director of the St. Mary's Athletic Complex.
He is a Rochester Adams graduate, played pro hockey in the East Coast League and in Europe. He coached locally at the AAA level for Honeybaked - where he worked for a future Catholic League rival, current Brother Rice coach Lou Schmidt. In 2005. he was Catholic League Coach of the Year, and MHSAA Division 3 Coach of the Year. In 2008, he was Oakland County Coach of the Year.
He and his wife, Lisa, have a son, Max, and a daughter, Elizabeth.
