Mark Lengel - Assistant Varsity Football Coach
Mark is in his 4th year of coaching Eaglet football and will be coaching the outside linebackers and special teams. He was head freshman coach in 2007. He is a 2000 graduate of St. Mary's Preparatory and a member of the 1999 Division IV State Championship team. He played college football at Oberlin College, where he received a Bachelor's degree in History in 2004. He came back to St. Mary's Preparatory in 2007 and teaches Western Civilization. Mark started his coaching career at Oberlin College, followed by a stint at Walled Lake Central High School. He and his wife, Diana, reside in Waterford.
