Peruski and Woodland named All-American
At the USA Outdoor Track and Field Championships held recently at Eastern Michigan University, Tayler Peruski, a graduate of Orchard Lake St. Mary's, competing for the Michigan Accelerators Track Club in the Young Men's Division, placed fourth in the 800 in 1:55.05, and placed second as a member of the 4X400 Relay and the 4X800 Relay Teams. Peruski was named as a First-Team High School All-American. The Michigan Accelerators Track Club finished first as a team.
Rodney Woodland, a graduate of Orchard Lake St. Mary's, competing for Maximum Output Track Club in the Young Men's Division, was a member of the 4X100 Relay Team that placed seventh, and also named as a First-Team High School All-American.
